Bikinis while pregnant?

I have never wore a one piece and I live right on the coast. Visiting the beach everyday. I am also going on a cruise in January to the pacific Islands. I’m 19 and a half weeks pregnant. Should I look at investing a one piece or just embrace the bump and stretch marks ❤️💦🍍

Side note: my hubby and I had an anniversary cruise to The Bahamas scheduled for back in October. I would have been about 11 weeks. My OB recommended that I not go because of the risk of the Zika virus in that region. Not sure if Zika is prominent where you are going. But we had to cancel 😔. Just an FYI
