It releases endorphins which can help as a pain killers, works well for headaches too, sometime it can hurt more when bleeding but depends how bad my period is that month

I don’t think sex necessarily helps, but the contractions from an orgasm usually help a lot with cramps. I don’t use medicine for cramps anymore just a hitachi massager and some after-orgasm chocolate eating 😂
