miscarriage?!?!

I might be having a miscarriage, I don't know how I'd cope with it though, any advice????

I would first suggest going to the ER to get your blood levels and ultrasound just to make sure you are miscarrying. If you are, you can either do it at home or get a D&C.; From there, you can join support groups in your area. For me, I’ve had 3 miscarriages so that is what helped me plus having a healthy support system in place. It is extremely hard and give yourself time to grieve and heal ♥️
