I haven't tried for a baby since my first marriage a very long time ago. Tuesday I'm going to get my mirena taken out. I've started prenatal vitamins and I bought maca and baby aspirin today to start that . any other tricks of the trade ??

a little about me. I have pcos. had the mirena for 3 years now. no af with it. haven't seen her since March. I have a lap band and I'm 33 dh has 2 dd from his past, 9 and 11 and he's 31 ... he's obviously fertile unlike my ex ....
