not getting my hopes up... But crossing fingers for a bfp

I'm trying to get my hopes up as I have already gotten so many bfn in a lifetime that anyone could handle along with 3 miscarriages. Still ttc #1 with PCOS. I've decided to try naturally since being off the metformin.. fingers crossed🤞
