Peeing when I sneeze?!

Okay..I’ve never had this issue before, but since I’ve been 12ish weeks (15w2d today), I pee a little bit every time I cough or sneeze...which is often since I have seasonal allergies.
Anyone else have this issue?  How do I help this besides the obvious kegals?  Will it go away after I have little one? 😅😂

Currently pregnant with baby #3 and it's happened with every pregnancy though mine has always gone away after having the baby but my mom has 4 kids and has a far weaker bladder than I do. She's even accidentally peed herself while jumping on a trampoline when she wasn't pregnant. 😂

16 weeks and it’s been happening since about 13. Eeeevvveerrrryyyy time I sneeze, even if I just went to the bathroom lol. It gets old quick

You can ask your doctor about seeing a pelvic floor physical therapist if it still happens after you give birth! It can be fixed! You don't have to live with leaky pee forever!

This happens to me all the time I’m 19wk3d and it’s gotten to a point that I wear a thin pad.

I'm 16 weeks and it TOTALLY happens to me too. Not every time, but many times. The hormones in pregnancy help to relax everything. If it doesn't go away postpartum with the help of kegels, then you may want to look into pelvic floor therapy. Not an uncommon thing at all. Sometimes we just need help targeting the right muscles :)
