Athletes foot on dick

So my boyfriend got athletes foot that spread all the way up body including his arms and chest and thighs. He had been putting cream on it so it wouldn’t be contagious. Last night I went down on him+had sex and today he said it had traveled to his penis. For the love of god will I get it in my mouth or in my vagina??
