Help?! Anyone?!

I’m 4 dpo and tonight my husband and I baby danced but I had pain on the right side. I had this same pain when I was ovulating and had ovulation cramps. We baby danced all through my fertile week. Has anyone experienced this before? Did it ever lead to bfp for anyone?
