me and my boyfriend had sex and while it was happening he said that the condom ripped but he wasn’t inside of me while it popped, so to much sure, the next day we bought a plan b pill, it’s been like 3-4 days since I took it and i’m having really bad panic attacks bc I don’t wanna have a kid.(i’m 16 btw). Before i went to sleep I was having small stomach pains and my mind was racing with negative thoughts and idk what to do, do you think i’m just being paranoid ?
