9 dpo symptoms? am I crazy?

so I'm 9 dpo. since about 3 dpo my boobs have been very sore and achey which isn't common for me. I've been very constipated and a little bloated (more in recent days than way back) I've also gotten 2 high readings on my opks, but strongly believe I've already ovulated. today my lower back has been killing me, all night at work it's been aching. I've had very mild cramping the past two days, but no spotting. and tonight after lunch I got a little nauseous not bad I figured I was getting heartburn which is common for me, but then I went out to break and had a cigarette and felt way way nauseous. I tested at 8dpo but it was mid day, and it was negative, I thought maybe there was a vvvfl but honestly it was negative. when I got pregnant before I miscarried I figured out I was pregnant because smoking made me so sick feeling, but that was well after I missed AF.

am I crazy? Or does this sound promising? I know it's still really early. but I am so hopeful I really want my Christmas miracle.
