I'm really scared and worried

so I'm 18 days late, and I took a test it was negative but I have never been this late since I became sexually active. my boyfriend and I use the withdrawal method since I do not feel comfortable with taking birth control. I used to miss a period or two before becoming sexually active but it never bothered me because I knew I couldn't be.
