Advice needed - Sperm Analysis

Hello,

I was after some advice / encouragement / general words of wisdom! hubby and I have been ttc for 10 months now, (I'm 31/hubby 32) - he had a sperm analysis done, the results are on the low side (36% motility and 4% morphology)

We saw our gp to get the results, he really wasn't much use at all and didn't even tell us what his count was because 'he wasn't an expert' 😡 anyway, we have now been referred to the fertility clinic for an initial appointment. I've had 21 day bloods and all seems normal with those.

Just wondering if anyone else is in a similar position?!

Is it possible to conceive naturally with those results or are we looking at needing help?!
