So devastated....Help

So I started my first round of clomid cycle day 5-9 (Dec 1-5th). I went in on Dec 15th for blood work to test progesterone and got results back as Negative. Does this mean I didnt ovulate? Is it possible to ovulate later? I'm just so devastated, another month with no BFP.
