Chiropractor?
Has anyone had chronic back pain after their babies? I'm 4 months pp and still get lower back pain. It's not debilitating but especially when I lay down for the night, it hurts pretty bad. There's one of those Groupon deals for a local chiropractor for consultantion, xrays, and adjustment and just wondering if it would actually help anything.
