Does This BBT mean BFP?!

My temperature skyrocketed yesterday to the highest it’s ever been (98.2) from 97.4. My temp was still quite high this morning at 97.6 (cover line 97.0). I’ve been having pinching feelings near my left ovary since ovulating, and my hubby and I BD’d on that day. Could I finally be pregnant?!? I’ve attached the last 3 bbt charts. Any wisdom anyone has to offer would be appreciated! It looks like this time I had a Fallback Rise? I’m so hopeful but trying not to get too excited.
