Indents near temple?

Question

Anyone’s little ones have indents like this near their temple? The aren’t always so prominent but they are odd to me. I google it and it comes back with something called Craniosynostosis. Anyone?

It’s normal! Their little faces and heads are still a long way from being completely developed. We have a lot of muscle, fat  and other tissue under the skin that makes our faces and heads shape a certain way, not to mention bones that are still shaping and growing! Your babies all look quite normal to me! Stay out of the black google vortex!! :)

He looks like a gorgeous, cute little baby to me!! I do see what you’re talking about, but i think it’s more prominent right now because he’s young and his cheeks are so squeezable! 
I don’t know what condition you’re talking about but i have a feeling it would be something the docs notice at birth.

I noticed the same thing with my baby. I took her to the pediatrician and he said her head is developing perfectly but we will keep an eye on it over time. I felt kinda crazy scheduling that appointment but after falling into a google vortex and coming across the condition you mentioned, I wanted to make sure it was normal! I recommend getting your baby checked out if you are concerned. By the way, he’s beautiful and I’m sure everything will be fine!
