My husband and I have been together a long, long time, and my sex drive has always been moderate to low. For the past 2-3 weeks I’ve been on a sex rampage, wanting it all the time, several times a day. I think my husband is afraid to walk in the door at this point LOL. There hasn’t been any drastic change in my health or meds that would cause this ramped up sex drive. I took out my Nexplanon several months ago and we’ve been using condoms since then. But I hate condoms, I feel a husband and wife a shouldn’t have to use a barrier method. In my mind condoms affect intimacy, and of course physically for him condoms aren’t the best, although he’s always faithfully used one when I ask him. So we started one day not using any protection. Then again, and again. We’ve basically been playing Russian Roulette and it makes me crave more and more sex with. I crave the intimacy, the emotional connection, the skin to skin contact every day now. We’ve been very disconnected in our marriage because of work stress, kids and life, and I’ve been using sex I guess to make us connect again. But I know we’re going down a slippery slope. Has anyone had a similar experience?
