Im dilated to 4 how long to do you think it will be till I have to go to hospital?

Dilation isn’t an indication of how soon you will be going into labor. You can be 4cm for weeks and weeks. Consistent contractions or your water breaking is what you should be looking out for.

It could be a few hours. It could be a few weeks depending on how fast along you are. Some women can be dilated to a 4 all the way up until their due date.

my mom w me was 5cm at 7 months... had me at 40+1. really no indication. w my 1st went from 3cm to 10cm in 40 mins but in active labor.

I was dilated 4cm for a couple of weeks. My son came late at 41 weeks.

Depends if you're having regular contractions, hours. If you're just dilated could still be weeks
