Help ladies 😓✨

Hi ladies! Soooo my situation is a little bit different and wierd...

On December 4th I had tested positive with a faint line, two days later the test was even lighter than the first time and the next day I got my period which only lasted 3 days.

It is now one week and a half since I have had my period and I’m spotting very lightly.

* I had mirena taken out in April so idk if that would still have some type of side effect?*

My fiancée and I are currently trying to have our first bebe.

Ps- my doctors appointment is tomorrow, they’re doing an ultrasound and blood testing
