just keep showering every other day and change your pads 2-3 hours depending on how heavy your bleeding

Using pads makes that area itchy and sore for me. Especially if I’m wearing tighter pants and underwear. Which is kind of hard to avoid when I basically wear jeans everyday. I switched to menstrual cups and haven’t had issues since.
