really bad fight

my Bf broke up with me and blocked and deleted me, because I get jealous of his close girl friend and how he behaves with her and because I sometimes talk to someone I use to hook up with. he then called me multiple times at midnight, while also saying before that we are never getting back together, then during one of the multiple calls he wouldn't say anything, then eventually said "I killed him" after multiple calls, then said he was cutting himself. he eventually asked if I wanted to make things work I said idk then he kept asking so I just said yes...im worried he'll hurt himself.
