My poor SO can’t last longer than 30 seconds. When he’s done he can’t get it back up for at least 3 hours. So we can’t really go for round 2

I know it won’t have any effect on Sperm quality but we’ve been ttc and I feel like we’re getting nowhere because he only lasts 20 seconds. Any tips on how to get him to last longer ??

Also he’s 30 and didn’t have sex until the age of 29. But he’s masturbated for years.. could that have something to do with it ??
