TMI crazy story/question

So, about 2 weeks ago I started feeling nauseous, bloated, all the pregnancy symptoms, etc. So naturally I thought i was pregnant. my period was due on the 15th and didn't come until the 17th. It was a light pink, so I thought it was either AF or implantation bleeding. Then the blood started getting red and darker and heavier, so I surrendered into it being AF and stopped testing. So tonight as I was going to bed, I felt nauseous, so I went to the bathroom to throw up. After, I decided to use my spare FRER test. CRAZY thing is that I actually see a line 😂. Here is the really nasty part though... my stick had blood on it so that could be a reason why it's pinkish... but here it is..
