Personally I think it would be a bad idea to go blonde. I have no doubt you can pull it off, you just have to understand it is a LOT of maintenance and is very costly. I have light brown/ dark blonde hair and wanted to go blonder and it costed me $150 with your hair being so dark it’ll take more then one dye to get it the color you want and it could take a year to get the color even close to what you want. I would personally go brown before and lighten then shade every so often if you keep wanting to go lighter.

I am not an expert but I think that you should avoid colors that are too warm or too cool to match better with your skin tone. You can always download an app and play with different tones . Baby blonde ot Hazel  would look good on you.

I don’t think any blondes would look good on your complexion and other hair (eyebrows) ..stick with the dark colors
