Pumping at work...
Hi ladies!
I’ve been EBF and will be going back to work in Jan. My LO will be 3 1/2 months. I have been block feeding up til now since i have an oversupply and heavy let down.
When I go back to work and pump do I still pump like I block feed? One at a time? Or should I pump both breast each time?
