Juice Plus+ safe?

One of my coworkers told me since I’m feeling like crap try some of her juice plus gummies. I googled it and what I’ve read says it’s safe. Just want to know if anyone else’s takes them?

Call your OB's nurse to ask, sometimes the internet is not always correct .This is your baby you are talking about so I would seek advice from a medical professional.
