Prenatals
My husband an I decided to try to conceive in 2018....we’ve been budgeting and planning and decided to take the prenatals 3-6 months prior. I have to much trouble swallowing tablets and big capsules... I bought GNC prenatals with DHA and I’m not taking them as directed because I can’t seem to get them down....
Is it just me or is there anyone else out who has the same problem?
Can anyone recommend a small soft gel option?
