how am I suppose to do all this??😣

I am breastfeeding and pumping. in my right breast got the blocked duct which I took antibiotics and done with it which I had to pump that side and feed her on the other side.. how am I suppose to feed her every two hours breastfeeding and supplement formula and breast pump every 2-3 hours.. I do have help but night time is hard cause no sleep ppl say it's easy when she's sleeping to sleep but it's hard idk.. I guess I'm annoyed i keep getting yelled at for it but I'm doing the best I can and being a new mom and trying to settle in and try to have a schedule. I haven't noticed any depression since it's been almost a month since shes been born.. I guess I need advice or something idk a positive thing I guess cause I honestly want to break down and cry..
