im having that pain in ur side u get from the baby growin i only had it with my stillborn son

ok so im only a day late i have irregular periods i took a test it says nope buut i keep having really bad pain in my sides that you get when pregnant (i forget the word) the thing were they tell you to lay dowm and chug alot of water cuz it growing pains? yeah that and my back is killing me like when i was in my first trimester but the test said no? to early? idk help please i had a cesarean with our stillborn son in july idk what is goin on?
