I gained less than 1lb by 19 weeks. 
My doctor advised I shouldn’t gain as much because I was over weight before becoming pregnant, 160lbs but only 5’3, so at 27 weeks they were glad to see me only gain 1.5 lbs. 
If I were taller, or at a healthier starting weight then I was told 10lbs would have been ideal by 19 weeks but that wasn’t the case for me :(

19 weeks tomorrow and I’ve lost 15 pounds.

I started at 125ish then lost to 118 from sickness and now I’m up to 130 at 20w. Net 5lbs but gross 10lbs???

I’ll be 20wks tomorrow I’ve only gained about 5lbs. My first pregnancy my last weight in I was 178lbs with my daughter. But that was going from 130lbs. My daughter was almost 9lbs born. My post-pregnancy weight was 145lbs and stayed at a plateau. I want natural delivery so the doctor said I have to gain the minimal amount of pregnancy weight. So I think I’m doing good so far.
