went for my 39 week appointment and..

my doctor said i am 2cm dilated and 80% effaced and she did a membrane sweep, does anyone know how to help get labor started naturally 😭 i’m having sharp lower back pains and what feels like cramps on and off i’ve never had contractions in my life so i don’t know what they feel like or how to time them 😭😭 he’s due 12/23 i really want him here before christmas what do i do?
