Constipation ?

I’m 7 weeks, 1 day and I’m experiencing severe constipation. I haven’t been able to actually go poop for almost 3 days now and it’s starting to hurt.

I was suffering terribly and then my mom told me to eat raisin bran every day. Worked for me. Worth a try!

I also suffer from constipation, even before pregnancy. I've been eating chia seed they are super healthy and are high in fiber. I also take Metamucil and that's been working😊

I’m having this same issue. And when I do finally go it’s so painful. I now have hemorrhoids and bleed every time I go. Anything I feel the urge to go I just want to cry because I know how awful it’s going to be.
