Sore throat, and 2 days to due date

Ugh. I have had tons of sinus issues in the 3rd trimester. So much mucus, bloody noses, sinus headaches, runny nose, etc. But yesterday I woke up with really bad post nasal drip, and could feel it starting to irritate my throat. Now I have woken up and ooooh how it hurts to swallow. Why now??? I am due Friday, and oh so ready for this baby girl to come out. The last thing I want is any other discomfort! I had a cold a couple weeks ago, but so far this seems to be 100% just irritation from post nasal drip and I can breathe just fine, don't feel sick otherwise, thank god. Anyone else have this, and a quick remedy? I drink water constantly.
