My girls have only had the flu nasal mist once and it was our sickest winter. They haven't had another flu shot since and we have had the flu once

My little one has her 6 month check up on Friday. I’m still on the fence. Did anyone’s little one experience intense side effects from the flu shot? I’m definitely NOT anti vaccine. I’m just not sure about this one since it’s optional.
