Dr Brown bottles????

Question

Does anyone else on here I have any problem with the Dr Brown bottles leaking? Currently I am using the wide neck bottles and it seems like every time I use it they leak, spilling milk out. It is soooo annoying!!!! Any advice???

yes my advice is to change bottles!!!! Dr browns is terrible. we used them for awhile...they leaked and were horrible to clean. we switched to MAM and my daughter started to burp more and they worked so much better for us

It does that when the straw inside gets to full of milk, so it's hot milk has been sitting for awhile it will rise or after shaking it will rise, or obviously if the bottle is being overfilled. I have always found taking the nipple off, lifting the straw to empty it and then putting it back stops it.

Ive never had an issue... I only use Dr. Browns. I thought the inner thing helped with leaks..

Yup ours leaked too...we switched to Mam. Reached out to dr brown customer service  to see about a refund or whatever since they have 100% customer satisfaction and they just sent more bottles! While I appreciate the response I don't want more of their leaky bottles lol

I know this is kind of an old post, but I use the Dr. Brown bottles and HATED the leaking!
When the bottle is assembled, there is a green triangle from the vent system. I find that if I keep that triangle on the top while feeding, it doesn’t leak. Hope that helps if you’re still using them!

Yes, that is so annoying!! We have the wide neck and the regular ones and they both leak. I haven't found a solution to it.

My daughter is old enough now that we took the inner straw out and the leaking stopped.  I never figured out a solution to it.

chunk them the avent bottles did that to me and I switched the playtex dropins.
