I loved how it was written. I felt like the author and I were very similar creatures. There’s a lot of “duh, no shit” type of advice in there they can be found elsewhere. But it’s good if you want facts, not BS- and if there’s one thing in there that helps, than it’s worth it to me. Overall, I’d say It’s a good add to your library of TTC tools.
