So I’ve had my IUD for two years now. Never dealt with any issues and never had a period. About three months ago I started dating this guy and we have sex pretty regularly (nearly every day). Over the past couple weeks I’ve started to feel completely different, mood swings, cramps, no motivation, extremely tired, and back pain, plus nothing seems to really excite me anymore. I also noticed my period was back, but it was super light, only lasted about a day. I’ve been told that since I’m having regular sex that it’s going to throw my hormones from my IUD off, is this true??
