7dpo pinching

Soo ive been have mild cramping and sore breast since 4 dpo. Just a few hrs ago i felt pinching in my lower right pelvic region kind kf like pin pricks could it be Implantation? I have cm that is creamy/watery like white but not thick (sry if tmi).
