I NEED HELP PLS!!

So the last time i got my period was in October and it is December 20th. And i am sexually active. But the problem is I start birth control (Lo Loestrin Fe) about 3 months ago, so idk if I’m pregnant or if it’s just the birth control messing my period up can someone help?!
