birth control pills help???

so I started the pills last month n I started my period today but I am on the white pills....I thought when ur on ur period you should be on the brown pills.....my question is do I continue the white pills or just start a new pack after i am done with my period???

I would continue taking the white pills. Your body is probably adjusting to the birth control. Were you on antibiotics? I know when I was on the pill and I had to take antibiotics it makes the pill less effective and I ended up getting 2 periods in 1 month.

It can take a month or two for your body to adjust to the pill. It’s super common. If you’re still getting your period by the third month let your DR know and they can make the dose higher.
