What do Social Workers wear?

I’m on the verge of graduating college with a Social Work degree. The thing is, I don’t know what to wear when I’m actually in settings that require me to dress like a social worker. 
I’m a size 16/18 or just plain 2x. I’m only 21, so I’m not looking to dress frumpy or older than my age. I don’t have much money to just spend and not know if it fits or not, so what places do you ladies shop at? 
What are some WORTH-IT plus size stores and websites that do have cute clothes that can be worn in a professional setting?

I’m very fashion forward with my usual clothes, so it’s just the fact of making it all work.

I go into Torrid with my friend a lot and often wish they had things my size. I usually shop at Express, but I don’t know how high their sizes run. I’ve liked stuff in the Lane Bryant windows too. A couple of well-fitted slacks and/or pencil skirts with blouses are my go-to for an office job. 
The social workers at my hospital often wear jeans and ankle booties or blazers and dresses. It really depends on what you’re comfortable in.

You need to be well presented. Most I know wear a nice blouse with dress pants usually; depending on the setting well. One of my old lecturers was a social worker in a prison so she had to wear certain clothing (including absolutely no heels or slip on shoes; running shoes only incase an inmate flipped). Others worked with at risk youth, some with families etc.
