Braxton Hicks for hours on end?

I was having Braxton Hicks on and off all day yesterday. I fell asleep about 8pm woke up at 9pm and started having them again. My belly has been consistently hard ever since then. It’s now almost 5am. Anyone experienced this before?

I glad braxton hicks constantly one day this week.. They were really frequent and lasted for several hours. I honestly thought I was in labor. I was 32+2 that day. I had an appointment the next day and baby was fine, cervix was still long and close but my doctor wasn't really happy about these contractions although they weren't painful. He put me on progesterone and prescribed me something to try to stop them when they appear.
