Trying to workout more

I’ve gained a lot of weight since I stopped working out, had a few injuries, and anti depressants made my weight gain just that much worse. I’m 170 now. 5’2.

I want to workout more, I miss it, but I HATE doing things alone. Especially when I feel unconfident because of my weight.

I wish I could hire a personal trainer to push me, and that made it easier.

I’m not very good at meeting strangers, so even if I did go to the gym, I probably would just keep to myself.
