Energy to workout?
How do all you mommies and soon to be mommies find the energy to workout? I'm 4w and 4d and I'm putting in about 9 hour shifts. I usually don't get a nap during the day so I'm super tired and on my days off I don't want to do anything but nap. Any ideas to help?
