Is digital black face even a thing?

Ok so I realize this is kind of a race topic if i need to move it or delete it I will. 
With that said, I was watching some things on YouTube kinda binging. And there was this lady talking about “Digitial Blackface” in regards to the popular memes and gifs people use.
She stated that if u were to search the most popular memes they are of black people, (majority any way) . And every one from every country/race uses these gifs or memes. 
I know I’ve seen a ton of different people use the memes and gifs like crazy myself included. But is this really offensive to POc or is this lady trippin? I’m genuinely concerned I’m not trying to stir shit up. So please try to be adults and not take it there. 
Is digital black face offensive? Are black gifs and memes only allowed for black people to use? Are all gifs open to all people?

I voted yes, it is a thing. While I think it’s ok to use memes with people of any race, some are clearly mocking. I generally think we should try and be introspective about why we make the choices we do, and if someone’s go to is always, “sassy black woman” they should probably put some thought into why that is. Especially if they’re not black themselves. 
I’d also like to point out how fucked up these two memes are.

Sweet Brown the woman seen here had just lost everything in an apartment fire, and gave a brief interview on local news. Instead of people feeling compassion they mocked her because she was funny and “ghetto”. I don’t see how that’s not an example of racism.

Same for Antoine Dodson. He’d just fought off someone trying to sneak in a window, and rape his sister. He’s not remember heroically, but as an example of “funny ghetto men”. It’s toxic.

I’m not sure in that. A lot of comedians are black and I find them funny. If I use a gif or a meme, it isn’t portraying me as much as it’s portraying an action or a reaction that I either agree with, feels applied to someone or the way I would react.

I’m not really sure how using gifs/memes with black people could be considered racist unless it was purposefully used to offend. When I use gifs I’m not specifically looking for one with a black person, I’m just looking for a funny one that is relevant to the topic/how I feel.

This stupid.  I think us black folk are  jus sometimes naturally more “animated”/ entertaining.  There are memes with other races with sass too.  It’s usually jus a gif or a screenshot of a entertaining moment.  We make shit more than it is which in turns causes division.  I never even thought about this til I saw this topic.

It’s been done here before. The purposeful use of POC gifs to perpetuate a stereotype or in general just to offend.
I don’t see using

As DBF, but it’s because it’s not being used in that manner. 
But a troll making a post about how loving watermelon and posting a bunch of POC gifs is offensive because it’s buying into a stereotype and perpetuating it. 
I’m not super well versed in this though so take it with a grain of salt
