had miscarriage October 25

like I said i had a miscarriage Oct 25 no period in Nov then Dec 1st had spotting 2st day was pink with brown then 3rd day was reddish pink then 4 th day nothing. I go 33 days every month. could i have ovulated early. bc just a day or two after period had watery discharge then egg white discharge now it's creamy white discharge and been have nausea sore boobs bloated and having pain in lower stomach and pain in both ovaries... and my stomach is tender
