I’ve seen a lot of posts on here about if semen coming back out after sex is normal, but what about when he comes inside you & NOTHING comes back out? 🧐

Does he have such low sperm count that he has minimal ejaculate? Or is it going really far up there or gettin absorbed that fast or something? I’ve always noticed a small amount leaking out (only 1 time it was a lot running down!) but lately I am not seeing a thing & I’m looking for it now we’re TTC! 🔎👀

He is also experiencing some thyroid hormone issues & low sex drive so maybe that affects volume of sperm? We’ve been TTC our rainbow baby for 10mo now. I just started clomid due to PCOS & am feeling hopeless. 😔💔
