Sorry for giving tmi

I went to check the position of my cervix today. Everything is so right down there it feels almost swollen. I spotted for two days, had almost super light period like bleeding for one day, and back to spotting for three days. I’m so confused. Last time I had spotting/ super light bleeding I was pregnant. Well that ended in a miscarriage so I’m freaking out. I think I’ve decided to pretend it was my period and keep moving forward.
