Good morning!

So I'm a first time user of Nexplanon. I got it inserted in October had my first period earlier this month.

Well 3 days ago I started spotting (brown)

I looked it up and at first I was like omg I'm one of those females that got pregnant even while on birth control (because implantation bleeding usually is brown) but I did some further investigation and it says that brown spotting is normal on nexplanon? Just want to ask the other nexplanon users. I've also been having cramps?

Idk I'm confused
