Has anyone else has problems with their pancreas? I’ve been so nauseas and tired I can’t eat properly I can’t vomit once every two days, this has been happening since April (2017)

Now I’m having trouble weeing tmi I only wee once or twice every three days..

My liver has massive damage to it also my gp isn’t the greatest but has told me all these results and on top of it all I have severe gastritis plus a whole lot of life stress. I feel like my bodies shutting down :(
